The top 200 highest paying jobs in America (ranked by average annual salary) are listed in Table 1. The number of employment for each of these jobs is also shown. We note from the table that the highest paying profession in America is other physicians and surgeons with an average annual salary of $206,920. The second highest paying job is general internist (average salary $196,380). The salary and the employment information in America is computed from data published by U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) in April 2017 [1].
