Financial Analyst Salary Information in Puerto Rico

The average annual and hourly salaries for financial analysts in the state of Puerto Rico are shown in Table 1 and Table 2, respectively. The comparison of the salary statistics of financial analysts among Puerto Rico metropolitan areas is shown in Table 3. The salary statistics are based on the national compensation survey conducted by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics in 2014 and published in May 2015 [1].

Table 3 shows the salary trend for financial analysts in state of Puerto Rico from 2010 to 2014. We note that from 2010 to 2014 the average salary has increased by 4.23%. We note that in 2013 the average salary increased by 1.70%. We also see the year 2012 had a salary increase 1.73% while year 2011 had a negtive growth of -0.48%.

We note that the median annual salary of financial analysts in state of Puerto Rico ranges from $30,990 to $49,590. The highest paying area for financial analysts in Puerto Rico is San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo with a median annual salary of $49,590. The second highest paying city/area in Puerto Rico State is Aguadilla-Isabela-San Sebastian (mean annual salary $44,430). The lowest paying area is Ponce with a median annual salary of $30,990.
