The highest paying area for all occupations in Connecticut is Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk with a median annual salary of $45,400. The second highest paying city/area in Connecticut State is Hartford-West Hartford-East Hartford (mean annual salary $43,920). The lowest paying area is Eastern Connecticut nonmetropolitan area with a median annual salary of $35,010.
