The highest paying area for pharmacists in Puerto Rico is Guayama with a median annual salary of $108,650. The second highest paying city/area in Puerto Rico State is San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo (mean annual salary $106,220). The lowest paying area is Puerto Rico nonmetropolitan area 2 with a median annual salary of $71,630.
