The highest paying area for registered nurses in Puerto Rico is San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo with a median annual salary of $36,570. The second highest paying city/area in Puerto Rico State is Guayama (mean annual salary $36,390). The lowest paying area is Puerto Rico nonmetropolitan area 2 with a median annual salary of $23,610.
