What professions have the highest employment in Puerto Rico? In this article we show the top 200 jobs that employ the highest number of people in Puerto Rico. We note that the total employment in Puerto Rico is 900,650. The most popular job is the retail salesperson profession, which employs 38,620 people (4.29 percent of the total employment in Puerto Rico). The second most common job is the cashier profession which employs 30,230 people (3.36 percent of the total employment).
