Table 2 shows the average hourly salary for all occupations in Nevada in 5 percentile scales. The average hourly salary for the 90th percentile is $36.54. The median hourly salary is $15.87. The average hourly salary for the bottom 10 percent is $8.55.
Table 3 shows the median annual salary of all occupations in some Nevada cities and metropolitan areas. We note that the median annual salary of all occupations in state of Nevada ranges from $32,200 to $40,250. The highest paying area for all occupations in Nevada is Other Nevada nonmetropolitan area with a median annual salary of $40,250. The second highest paying city/area in Nevada State is Carson City (mean annual salary $37,460). The lowest paying area is Western Central Nevada nonmetropolitan area with a median annual salary of $32,200.
