Table 2 shows the average hourly salary for all occupations in Idaho in 5 percentile scales. The average hourly salary for the 90th percentile is $33.56. The median hourly salary is $14.58. The average hourly salary for the bottom 10 percent is $8.35.
Table 3 shows the median annual salary of all occupations in some Idaho cities and metropolitan areas. We note that the median annual salary of all occupations in state of Idaho ranges from $27,790 to $32,140. The highest paying area for all occupations in Idaho is East Idaho nonmetropolitan area with a median annual salary of $32,140. The second highest paying city/area in Idaho State is Boise City-Nampa (mean annual salary $31,510). The lowest paying area is Idaho Falls with a median annual salary of $27,790.
